The Regulator Activator is a patent pending device that gives a body man complete control of  the window regulator.  Unlike the present way of bringing hot wires into the door panel, the RA gives the technician complete control with a rocker switch for changing polarities while protecting components with thermal fuse. It will also activate other 12 volt systems like heater fans etc.
